Pat Smith INDIGO

The Cooley Galley is proud to announce and exhibititon and sale of new work by Pat Smith. INDIGO, is comprised of twenty individual pieces and opens August 8th. Pat draws on a lifetime of knowledge and experience of hand dyed indigo, fine porcelain and precioius metal to create works of art that become contained univrses of pattern and thought. Jeff Cooley has been representing Pat's work for more than twenty-five years and says he still marvels at the power and subtly of Pat's art. "Pat's very much about the process of creation and distilling an idea down to something that is simultaneously ancient and futuristic," said Cooley.
